A Turkish hammam traditionally uses a heated marble slab (göbek taşı) and focuses on foam massage and exfoliation. A Moroccan hammam uses black beldi soap made from olives and eucalyptus, followed by a kese body scrub. Yes, we strongly advise booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we cannot guarantee a space without a prior booking, particularly on weekends and for group or couples packages.

Yes, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to settle in, get changed, and start your experience feeling relaxed rather than rushed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of any deposit or prepaid fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Bring swimwear you feel comfortable wearing for steam and water-based treatments. Please ask our team whether you need to bring a towel and sandals for your chosen booking.
