Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using any services at Hammam Spa London. By making a booking or visiting our spa, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Hammam Spa London is a spa and wellness business operating from 92 Forest Hill Road, London SE22 0RS. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to Hammam Spa London.

2. Bookings & Appointments

The following conditions apply to all bookings made by phone, email, or online:

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us by phone or email.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to change and prepare.
• Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time with no reduction in price.
• Group bookings of 3 or more may require a deposit at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) may be charged the full treatment cost.
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone on 0203 489 7474 or by email at info.hammamspalondon@gmail.com.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment or full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payment is due at the time of your visit unless a deposit has been taken in advance.
• We accept cash and card payments.
• Promotional or discounted prices cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

5. Health & Safety

Your safety and wellbeing is our priority. Please note the following:

• You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities before your treatment. This includes but is not limited to heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, and recent surgery.
• We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for you.
• Steam rooms and jacuzzis are not recommended for pregnant women, people with cardiovascular conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol.
• Clients are advised not to eat a heavy meal within 1 hour of a treatment.
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions arising from failure to disclose relevant health information prior to treatment.
• Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the spa without prior arrangement and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

6. Personal Belongings & Liability

• Hammam Spa London accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
• Lockers are provided for your convenience — please make use of them.
• We recommend leaving valuables at home.
• Our liability for any loss or damage to personal property is limited to cases of proven negligence on our part.

7. Code of Conduct

To ensure a calm and respectful environment for all guests:

• Please keep noise to a minimum in all treatment and relaxation areas.
• Mobile phones should be switched to silent or turned off inside the spa.
• Inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave without refund.
• The spa environment is a place of relaxation — please respect the comfort and privacy of other guests at all times.

8. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
• Any balance remaining on a gift voucher after use will not be refunded.

9. Photography & Privacy

• Photography or video recording inside the spa is strictly prohibited in all treatment rooms, changing areas, steam rooms, and jacuzzi areas.
• Photography in the relaxation room or reception area is permitted only with the consent of staff and other guests present.
• Hammam Spa London may occasionally take photographs for marketing purposes. You will always be asked for consent before being photographed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hammam Spa London website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Hammam Spa London and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hammam Spa London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking or visit shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific appointment.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website at hammamspa.london/terms-condition. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
